Stop Holding Back—You’re More Than Ready!

Hey friends, and happy FriYAY!

Let me ask you something: Do you ever pull into your driveway and sit in the car for 30 minutes, scrolling, thinking, or just decompressing? (No? Just me?)

Now, while you’re there, do you ever find yourself wondering why you spend so much time proving your value to others but hesitate when it’s time to believe in yourself?

Breaking news:

The skills and experience that made you successful in one role are not limited to that space. They’re yours to use—on your terms, in your way, for something BIG and impactful.

Yal,
we’re still in January and 2025 has already shown itself- and not in a good way (insert eye roll)

But guess what?

You are still destined to shine, dream big, take consistent steps, and—say it with me—BET ON YOURSELF!

Listen (well read, Ha!)

  1. You already have what it takes.

Ephesians 2:10: “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

The jobs you’ve held, the challenges you’ve overcome, and the skills you’ve developed are proof of your abilities. None of it was by chance. You earned i

  2. Nothing you’ve done is wasted.

Proverbs 16:3: “Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed.”

Every role, every challenge, every lesson—it’s all preparation for something bigger. Those experiences weren’t random. They were building blocks for your next move.

  3. You were created for more.

Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Doubt happens, but don’t let it keep you stuck. If you have a dream in your heart or a vision for what’s possible, it’s there for a reason. Trust the One who made you. God doesn’t make mistakes.

    So all that to say….

    It’s time to get started.

  1. List your strengths.
Take a moment to review and list your skills, abilities, things you’ve done and accomplished—personally and professionally. Write them down.

  2. Set aside time to dream.
    Envision
what it could look like to use your skills and experience in new ways? Write it down. Get clear on what excites you and where you want to go.

  3. Start small, move boldly.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. Take one small step today—a plan, a conversation, or offering your skills in a new way. Small steps lead to big impact.

The world is waiting for you to show up. The world needs you to show up but the first step is deciding to trust the God who created you and the purpose He’s given you.

Much Love,

Natalie
